Whether a longitudinal immersion program, or a targeted and focused workshop, all Imagine development programs are designed specifically for each client and utilise the principles of Adult, Action and Experiential Learning. We recognise and work with the experience that people already possess, promote learning by doing and reflecting, and support participants with effective on-the-job coaching resulting in the greatest transfer of theory into practice ie behaviours on the ground.
In our view 'learning occurs when behaviour changes', and this is what each development activity focuses on.
