Garry's career in government has spanned leadership and management in a variety of areas including strategic policy, legislation review, legal services, ministerial liaison, strategic planning, issues and media management, professional conduct, training, marketing, FOI, project management, education administration, and community consultation.

As a Mediator he specialises in workplace and family mediation and is an arbitrator appointed by the NSW Government specialising in disputes in the mining industry.

As an Investigator, Garry is engaged by government and community agencies to investigate and report on discipline and improper conduct allegations.

As an Educator he is committed to assisting individuals and organisations develop skills and strategies for proactively managing conflict in the workplace through dynamic and practical development programs.
